Apparently thousands turned out for the Gay Pride Parade in Salt Lake City, Utah today. I am not sorry to say I was not among them. Men in speedos, drag, and diesel dykes don't appeal to me. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against these people, just not very accepting of their behind closed doors lifestyle. As a straight white, conservative, Christian male I feel I would be horribly out of place cheering on people with pierced nipples in tights with visible outlines of "packages."

While that lifestyle is wildly repulsive to me, it's the forced acceptance campaign that really pisses me off. In fact it is having the exact opposite effect.
If they wanna practice perverted sex then fine. Just do it behind closed doors and not for public exhibitions. To me this proves that same sex practices are psychological disorders manifested deep within.
I couldn’t agree with you more. 30 years ago these debauchery showings would have been run out of town. Now it is bend over whether you like it or not.
I don’t hate gay people, but the overtly public ones do get under my skin. I wouldn’t take my family to see a straight pride parade like this, let alone a gay one.
I saw one in San Francisco in 95 unaware that it was gay Sunday there. I waited for two hours while the traffic cop let the throngs of Sodom through. Then having had enough several of us found an opening and broke out. Never have been back to San Francisco. Afraid they’ll arrest me for being circumcised and allowing my sons the same treatment at birth.
