A “program” is needed to have people get rid of unneeded or out dated drugs?

I throw away my own, without a program. What a novel concept!

Me too, GB. Why does EVERYTHING have to be disposed of in a special way? Before we know it, we’ll no longer have garbage collection, but a special method to dispose of virtually everything!

I have old computers, printers, monitors, VCRs, etc. in the basement, yet I don’t thrown them out because I guess they have to go to “electronics recycling”. As a result, I’ve got a ton of clutter laying around. What a hassle!

I read an article a couple of months ago (I think it was here on FR) that indicated testing had proven that the majority of prescription drugs remained viable several years beyond their original expiration dates.

Big Pharm hasn’t been telling the truth about those expiration dates. It’s another example of “planned obsolesence” to ensure more frequent sales.
