A retired Army captain and plaintiff in the lawsuit Barnett, Keyes et al v. Obama, about which The Post & Email reported previously, is filing a lawsuit against the State Department for failing to disclose information on Stanley Ann Dunham’s passport records requested almost two and one-half years ago.
Barnett began her search for “all United States Passport and all consular records for Stanley Ann Dunham aka Stanley Ann Obama aka Ann Dunham aka Ann Obama for the years of 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962″ through a routine Freedom of Information Act request submitted electronically on January 2, 2009, prior to the faux swearing-in of Barack Hussein Obama on January 20, 2009.

Which, I’m sure, will have no effect. Government agencies, including the courts most likely, view FOIA as a pain in the butt and routinely ignore it.
The Stanley Ann Dunhma passport and State Department records pre-1965 are the motherload!
Is there an adoption recorded somewhere in those records?
yep. just as there was on the missing page 11 of the divorce documents, and the missing kindergarden records in Hawaii. ...clear, systematic scrubbing.
and 2 1/2 years? that itself is a crime. i thought there was a legal time limit to FOIA requests?
once again, the coverup brings more attention to the crime.
(but i’m sure the trolls will tell us why 2 years is reasonable... and we shouldn’t be concerned...)

i also salute the efforts of Hotlanta Mike, who i’ve learned a lot from. in this old post, he shows clearly WHY those passport records are so important, and why they are being hidden:

His mother’s passport records dropped Barry as a dependent indicating Barry was no longer a legal dependent of his mothers (The passport records of his mother have been produced showing Barry was no longer a dependent when Barry was permanently residing in Indonesia.)
Barry, AKA Obama, was lawfully adopted by a foreign national, Lolo Soetoro, and Barry’s name was legally changed to “Barry Soetoro” (by his own admission)
Barry Soetoro was also made an official legal Indonesian citizen (again his own admission). By the way, the adoption should have been noted in Barry’s vital statistics record in Hawaii on his original birth certificate…

The little known secret is that Ø sealed his records AND his mother’s records within 6 hours of taking the oath with an executive order.

Doesn’t really matter...virtually all passports have your place of birth on them whether natural or naturalized.
Maybe her passport records showed she was out of the country when he was born???
