Sorry about that. It looks like some progressive American judges are reinforcing the idea that women and children are still the property of the husband. The husband wants to beat you? Its his right. The father wants to sell his daughter to his brother? Its his right.
And appellate judges approve? How long before these judges apply the same standard to non-Muslims?
“Muslim Family Court legalities” would seem to be an oxymoron.
