Presidential Candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) was in League City today speaking to the North Galveston County Chamber of Commerce. Paul spoke before a packed house in LaBrisa’s large banquet room and then fielded questions from the audience in a town-hall style format.

Paul began his speech talking about America’s out of control debt and that we hit the debt ceiling yesterday which drew a smattering of boos from the conservative crowd. He vowed that we would not vote to raise the debt ceiling and compared the situation America is in to a doctor prescribing more drugs for a patient with a drug addiction.

This may be a good article, but since it’s from the “examiner” blog can you just post it here please so we can read it? The examiner blog is full of malicious ad crap. And it’s not on the excerpt list.

I don’t like the guy but right now I hope he gets the GOP nomination because he is the only one who follows the logical implications of a free society. We’re going to lose anyway in 2012, but it will set the playing field for the States over the next 4 years and the 2016 Presidential election.

Ron Paul is correct about that. I’m glad someone in Washington is saying it.

We’ll win if the economy stays bad.

Moderates don’t perform any better than Conservatives do.

No two ways about it. The Obamabots are punishing Texas. As best they can with all the centralized power they have.

Perry might be the darkhorse who comes in late to kick his nasty self back to Chicago.

Unlike the rinos, he despises Obammy and we don’t do race bait too successfully in Texas.

“Presidential Candidate Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX)”

The first half of the first line had me laughing too hard to read the rest.

“Presidental Candidate Rep. Ron Paul”

Keep the jokes coming. We all need the laughter.
