Even without that license, I’m sure lawyers know how to not share information that would violate confidentiality.
There have been a couple times where I learned of a plea agreement my wife negotiated in the newspaper or on the radio news.
Our state has continuing education to keep your Professional License...so it is no longer just keeping it active by paying the registration fees.
I find this appalling. I simply cannot believe this idiot would even say that he DIDN’T tell his wife.
I agree with the other poster that if there were even such a thing as a real security clearance now, there is simply no way he could ever be considered for one, on the sole basis of the anti-American scumbags he has associated with.
Good thing for him they give out security clearances like Crackerjack toys now.

This was not an ordinary license surrender, it was part of a disciplinary process
Or maybe you think our first lady and her husband are ethical people...
Look at the rules in that state at the time Michelle let her license go inactive.
If something had occurred, it would be written up...what she did, how she pleaded and what the penalty was.
