Doesn't matter where he was born. If Barry's father was a foreign national he is NOT a natural born Citizen.

I still suspect he was born in Canada. The HI Department of Health stated that he was a "natural born" American. (NOT a "natural born" U.S. Citizen)

If he were born in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, etc he would in fact be a "natural born" American (Legal Weasel Words)
