So NO ONE who needs a LFBC from Hawaii can get one, ergo, they cannot get a Driver’s license renewed or a passport issued.
I just renewed my DL in January, and had to show my LF BC. They went over it like it was a counterfeit hundred dollar bill. Even called in a supervisor to look at it again. It was one of those 1950’s era photocopy black/white negative style..........
All Trump has to do is declare his candidacy... and sue Obama in a friendly state court in one of the 50 states.
