With the elections coming up in 2012....the State Courts in all states may be a impartial outlet.

Note that many of our election laws, including those dealing with the election of the US President, are state laws....and have been upheld based on legal precedent

A State Court subpeona for records must be honored by all governments in the USA. I know when I was in Army JAG some years ago...US military records are released when a state or circuit court judge issues a subpeona for them...you do not need a Federal Court judge

My idea is for people to use their state and circuit courts to challenge Obama Eligibility. You are more likely to get a judge “that has not been bought off” by Obama/DNC/RNC....and a judge who has no aspirations to get a higher court position. All it takes is for one state...or even one large county/electoral district....to keep Obama off the 2012 ballot...and this will snowball
