In general, I do. Catastrophic failure in one area of judgment, where the alternatives are obvious if one possesses even a modicum of wisdom, tends to invalidate the value of any opinions expressed in other areas.
In other words, if you screw the pooch on something as easy as a Hitler/Churchill choice, why the hell would I trust your recommendation of restaurant for an anniversary dinner?
