Didn't she have a boy-toy named Teddy or Timmy or something?

Whatever happened to him?

What does Disney have against Moms?

In almost every animated feature Mom either takes the pipe (Bambi) or checked out before the story begins (Cinderella, Snow White, PoliticallyCorrectohontas, The Little Mermaid, Beuty and the Beast, Alladin, etc., etc.)

Only in the Lion King does the Dad finally take the dirt nap.

Disney World is currently airing a commercial narrated by Susan Sarandon which must have Walt Disney spinning in his grave. Walt Disney was a staunch Republican and while Miss Sarandon is a fine actress she is in every way the political opposite of Walt Disney.

Walt fought tooth and nail to prevent his studio from becoming unionized in the 1940′s. Unfortunately Disney lost this battle and according to Disney biographer Neal Gabler, he was forever changed by his fight against the unions and felt betrayed by his employees.

Disney was one of the first to warn of the communist infiltration of Hollywood and worked closely with the FBI and congress. Walt was such an outspoken opponent of communism that he was one of the founding members of the Motion Picture Alliance for the Preservation of American Ideals where he also served as vice president. Can you imagine Hollywood caring to protect American ideals today?

You probably wonder why I even care but Walt Disney World is my favorite place on earth. I grew up a stone’s throw from the Magic Kingdom and go there every chance I get. Many of my fondest memories are of visiting Disney World with my family and friends.

There are no shortage of actors that Disney could have chosen to narrate a commercial, it’s just a shame the chose someone whose ideals are diametrically opposed to one of the greatest minds to ever live.

I'm going to sing you a little song.

{clearing throat}

OK, here goes:

Feelings, nothing more than feelings,
Trying to forget my feelings of love.
{overdone huskiness} Teardrops rolling down on my face,
Trying to forget my feelings of love.

Feelings, for all my life I'll feel it.
I wish I'd never met you, girl;
You'll never come again.

Feelings, {yodeling excrutiatingly} wo-o-o feelings,
Wo-o-o, {exaggerated emotion} feel you again in my arms. Feelings, feelings like I've never lost you
And feelings like I'll never have you
Again in my heart.

{hyped-up crescendo} Feelings, for all my life I'll feel it.
I wish I'd never met you, girl;
You'll never come again.

Feelings, feelings like I've never lost you
And feelings like I'll never have you
Again in my life.

Feelings, wo-o-o feeeeeelings,
Wo-o-o, feeeeeelings again in my aaaaaarms.....

The Disney brothers — Walt and Roy — would long ago have
been appalled at what has become of their extraordinary creation: Gay Days; gay partner benefits; the suppression of child molestation crimes on Disney property; inadequate pre-employment background checks to prevent the hiring of sex offenders; and the support of Disney executives for liberal Democrats.

Marxist Susan Saranwrap showed up recently at a statehouse rally in Wisconsin delivering a supportive speech to a crowd of cheering union thugs, addled university students and impoverished teachers.

She labors to stay in the public eye spouting radical politics to cover the fact she's descended to third-string status in the film industry. As she languishes in left field in the minors, her current audiences are not popcorn-eating, adoring fans but grifters, goons, liberal airheads, Cindy Sheehan afficionadas, government leeches, aging hippies and environazis.

Susan Saranwrap....her career encapsulated reads......"From Hollywood to Madison, from the Oscars to the Weinies".

OK, I feel the need to sing you a little song.

Here goes...

Goodbye to you, my trusted friend.
We've known each other since we're nine or ten.
Together we climbed hills or trees.
Learned of love and ABC's,
skinned our hearts and skinned our knees.

Goodbye my friend, it's hard to die,
when all the birds are singing in the sky,
Now that the spring is in the air.
Pretty girls are everywhere.
When you see them I'll be there.

We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun.
But the hills that we climbed
were just seasons out of time.
Goodbye, Papa, please pray for me,
I was the black sheep of the family.
You tried to teach me right from wrong.
Too much wine and too much song,
wonder how I get along.

Goodbye, Papa, it's hard to die
when all the birds are singing in the sky,
Now that the spring is in the air.
Little children everywhere.
When you see them I'll be there.

We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun.
But the wine and the song,
like the seasons, all have gone.

Goodbye, Michelle, my little one.
You gave me love and helped me find the sun.
And every time that I was down
you would always come around
and get my feet back on the ground.

Goodbye, Michelle, it's hard to die
when all the bird are singing in the sky,
Now that the spring is in the air.
With the flowers ev'rywhere.
I whish that we could both be there.

We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun.
But the stars we could reach
were just starfishs on the beach

{sniff!} Just gets ya right in the heart, doesn't it?

I'll be here all week.

Try the veal.

Don't forget to tip your waiter.
