Well, as a “concerned citizen,” he might be a NIMBY (not in my back yard type), and NIMBY have pink axes to grind. ...vague humor on my part. And I’m from south Texas. ...grew up there. My favorite neighboring ranchers have homes in Texas, too.

If you believe MD is wrong, I’d suggest sending them your rebuttal. They have published many, and the subsequent discussion of them is quite interesting.
I do know here in Indiana that Purdue Univ has said there’s no way they’d put in turbines without a huge federal subsidy to make the financials work.
