Would that be the archetypal 'secret controllers' or those who push conspiracy theories. I've known many, many of the latter and I can tell you they fit the definition you have pretty closely. Don't believe me? Look at the correlation of publications that push conspiracy theories and are 'pro-drug'. Add to that their referencing to anyone who doesn't believe them as 'sheep or sheeple.. If they then accuse the 'controllers' of being this, you have a classic case of projection added to it.

There are more than two types. There’s a whole mixture of people one could label as being this or that... I’m more concerned about Eugenics which led to abortion which led to partial birth abortion, iow, HUMAN LIFE.
