Just wanted to say thanks for not calling me a “blog pimp.” I’ve always had a lot to say about my conservative beliefs and thoughts on what’s happening with the conservative movement and until Free Republic, I have never had a venue before where I could share my opinion with like-minded people and discuss things in such an open forum. I really love the way Free Republic works and look forward to continuing the conversation on this site. I know I’ve got a lot to learn about the world of freeping and how it works, but I am not out to sell anything, I don’t have any agenda, I just want to share my thoughts with others who have similar beliefs. Thanks for your writing and welcome to FR. There’s no other site or board like it and there are some wonderful and impressive minds here. I discovered it by accident a few years ago and am totally hooked :-)
Like you, I still don’t know all the ins and outs and lingo here, but I can’t remember when I’ve learned so much, on a daily basis. I think you’ll feel like you’ve found a home here as well.
