...

In Hawaii it came to to one individual to decide whether, depsite the objection of the Democratic Party to certify Obama, to place Obama on the state ballot (note that in Arizona Obama was able to send in a document “self-attesting” to the fact that he was constitutionally qualfied for the office).

So Nancy Pelosi and Kevin Cronin, the Chief Elections Officer in 2008, wereable to facilitate Obama getting onto the ballot. By the way, Cronin was at the time being sued and in 2009 resigned his position. He was involved in prior elections in Wisconsin and managed to show up in Hawaii before the 2008 elections. IS HE A PLANT FROM TEAM OBAMA IN ADVANCE OF THE 2008 ELECTION?

Due to Hawaii’s strange election law allowing the CEO the SOLE DISCRETION to place a candidate on the ballot when the party refused to do so, it all came down to ONE PERSON allowing admittance onto the state’s ballot.

Maybe a background check needs to be done on Kevin Cronin. Wisconsin is a progressive bastion, Joel Rogers hails from there (UW Madison).

2 Critical Questions (excerpt from The Daily Pen post):

QUESTION 11: When it was determined that the state and national party authorities of the Democratic Party did not agree on the status of Barack Obama’s eligibility, did the Chief Elections Officer of Hawaii, Kevin Cronin, determine to include Obama on the Hawaii presidential election ballot with authority provided by HRS 11-113(b).

QUESTION 12: What documented evidence was used by the DNC, which was not available to the Democrat Party of Hawaii, to determine that Barack Obama was legally qualified to serve as President under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution?

A summary could not do this justice. AntiMullah posted the whole thing as well as then posting the link to adhere to the original by Pen.

Sometimes it is easier to read articles cross posted in either direction on AntiMullah because of highlighting and emphasis, which serves as a scan “summary”.
