What we’re seeing here (with regard to Sarah Palin, the TEA Parties, conservative talk radio, etc.) is just a large-scale effort to run the Saul Alinsky script on a national scale with the full weight of the major media, local, state, and federal government apparatus pushing together. Remember Alisky’s formula: pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. That’s what they’re doing, and because they have such vast resources behind them now, they are trying to do it with multiple targets simultaneously.

Good to keep spreading these stories around. I am seriously frustrated at how deeply the idea that right wing radio and Sarah Palin, et. al. are purely incendiary has taken root among the “easily persuaded” in these past few days. It’s terrifying.
I’d love to ask one of these idiots, if things Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck have said, that have would have to be interpreted in order for there to be any motivation for violence, then how do they explain the total lack of assassination attempts on the lives of Palin, Beck, et. al, given the kinds of explicitly violent remarks directed at them by so many comedians (so-called), liberal politicians and leftist pundits?
If that connection exists, there ought to have been daily attempts on their lives for the last couple of years.

I have a wonderful daydream in which I have billions and billions of dollars, and I can buy out the N.Y. Times, L.A. Times and the WaPo, and print the TRUTH.
Not only is it hypocritical but is hypocritical by several degrees. One cannot even hint that Obama is lying about his past without severe criticism and violent attacks. Yet if one openly calls for the assassination of Dick Cheney, then you get applause. It’s an indication of how screwed we are as a nation.
