That was my question also. Are we also supposed to forgive long time criminals that haven’t been caught? This PC crap has got to stop before people get hurt.

Fantastic! Let them all migrate to CA and bleed their system. We will then know who they are. No other state needs to give full faith and credit to that lunacy.

Granting them amnesty in one state is defacto amnesty nationwide.
Maybe its time for a border fence around california.

California needs to be denied any and all federal tax money. They also need the national guard sent in to enforce ALL federal laws.

I totally agree. How can California take a Federal issue and make it a State issue?
They are not allowed to make it a State issue in Arizona.

LOL, I’m all for this!
Let California be a magnet for illegal aliens the way San Fransicko and Massachusetts are magnets for sodomites!
Whatever keeps them away from me.

California is beyond saving. It`s starting to move toward the end stage of the long march to Mexicanization. It`d be best for the remaining Americans to grab up whatever assets they can and head for the exits.
Since the US is not willing to turn back the invasion and the ruling class in CA embraces illegals like royal guests, is there a better option?

This action has all kinds of potential consequences. If the feds don't grant amnesty then the illegals cannot legally vote in a federal election. Since there is no way to ensure the integrity of the ballot it is not logically possible to allow the vote from Calif. to count in federal elections. No congressmen, senators, or presidential votes are possible, absent the current fig leaf of vote integrity from the state. Since the state appoints electors for presidential elections the integrity of the vote that elects the appointers would be impossible to guarantee. This seems unworkable. Beyond that the legislature is in the process of destroying a state of the union by irresponsibility. Not sure that is illegal. I wonder when we declare Marshall law and straighten Calif. out.
