I think John popped open a bottle of champagne when Elizabeth passed.

When he married, he took a vow to Elizabeth.

I remember a story about how a woman died early in GWB's term and wanted her obituary to say how much she hated Bush. She called him a "whistle ass" whatever that is. I thought the same thing, how if you are dying, hatred and unforgiveness is the LAST thing that should be on your mind.
Tony Randall had the same problem. He actually said that he hoped that Bush and Cheney wouldn't be allowed to come to his funeral, because he hated them.

Celebrity Infidelity Examiner.
Again, seriously??
Why is this gossip/blog crap posted under "News"? Presidio, you know better.
And I can't stand any of the Edwards. But again, seriously? Shame on you.
To: presidio9
So, now when he dies, will she be waiting for him at the tunnel of light?
On the other hand, if there is no afterlife, then it don't matter what you say on your deathbed.

Admin, I know I'm being cranky. But I'm sick of the so-called "Examiner" blog being posted under "News."
And this crap, which is not even sourced at the popup-ridden site, is writted by the "Examiner"'s in-house "Celibrity Infidelity Examiner."
Seriously??
If FR has to host this, can it be hosted under Bloggers or Chat or maybe under a newly formed "Gossip" category?

Both these Edwards reprobates were/are huge unrepentant 'abortion for convenience' proponents. Wonder what god these people are trying to invoke?
Perhaps this dude, but I don't think the dude is in the forgiveness business (Unless you have some infants to roast perhaps)

The 10 Commandments are there for a reason. Gossip may not be one of the Big 10. But I'm pretty sure false witness is.
Gor a better source for this than the "Examiner" blog's "Celebrity Infidelity Examiner"?
After all, the 10 Commandments are there for a reason.

True, true, true.
But mean of them to do that to two innocent kids, who now don’t have a mother and have a scumbag father. What’s to become of them?

He’ll raise them,I’m sure.
Not a good guy but may be an okay father.
No one plans on dying before the children are raised, but it happens.
I wish the young ones well.

I heard somewhere that Jesus Christ suggested that when we pray we say a prayer that includes: "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us." The late Mrs. Edwards, who had probably said the Lord's Prayer a time or two, in not forgiving her husband, was asking that her own sins not be forgiven by God. We are His children and He wants us to forgive one another. I have forgiven any and all of those who have trespassed against me during my last year's medical crises, calling them to forgive personally, where possible, and will continue to do so. Those who read this post: please consider that forgiveness is obedience to the God Who loves you.
Also pay heed to Livius's accurate and noteworthy post.
