Kraut knows he lost when he went after O'Donnell. She lost a job she didn't have in the first place and he lost the respect of 75% of those who had been his regular viewers and readers. Since he's figured it out, he'll get more and more like Frum and others who are nothing but fifth columnists for the fascists. They advocate democrat lite as a means to keep the democrat agenda rolling no matter who wins elections and in return they get invited to the right parties. Kraut will never be that bad, but he'll stay focused on whatever the media is focused on in hopes of still being seen as a major commenter even as his numbers fall.
JMHO, maybe I'm wrong about what he's up to, but I'm right about who lost in the Krauthammer/O'Donnell battle. The problem is, we all lost by O'Donnell not getting elected. I sincerely hope Krauthammer and Rove both pay a big price for their traitorous attacks on the legitimate candidate of the Republican party in that race.
