UCLA Professor Kent Wong gives a fiery speech in which he adoringly touts the DREAM act as a moment where all of “you” will replace the members of the US Senate- “those old white men!”
First, can you imagine the horror that would be caused if the “old, white men” used the reverse of that in speaking about replacing any other race? Second- clearly, there is a room full of illegal immigrants, also known as “future Democratic voters”. And since we know this, can someone explain to me why it wouldn’t be a perfect opportunity for ICE to sweep in for a nice big round up and deportation?

So he’s “looking forward” to Americans being thrown out of Congress and being replaced with foreign lawbreakers and criminals.
And I, Prof. Wong, would like to see a Cultural Revolution, where educated idiot professors are tossed out in the cold to fend for themselves , and are replaced by us common sense legal “morons”...
I just saw the video of Professor Kent Wong’s remarks to a group of students on the DREAM Act, in which he characterized the members of the Senate as a group of “old white men”. I find it disturbing that an institution with the reputation of UCLA would permit such a racist characterization of our Senate. I suspect that if the composition of the Senate were mostly black or Latino, this remark would have generated a far louder outcry. Shame on UCLA.
I wish someone with standing, for instance, a white UCLA student, would file a complaint against this guy for racism. Think about it. They are on a college campus. What if he had said “old women,” or “old black men” or any other protected group? It is time to start calling these people on their hypocrisy. If it weren’t for “old white men,” this guy would be standing barefoot in a rice paddy in China with barely enough to eat. “Old Chinese men” have never done a thing for him.
When the old white men are tossed out, and the spoils from the struggle are distributed to those who labored in the revolution — the Asians aren’t going to get squat. They aren’t minorities. They do well in school. They do well in business. The Minorities who come into power are apt to punish the Asians for their success. And the White Liberals won’t be around to say “Diversity is our strength”.

P.J. O’Rourke used a version of this. He was on Wall Street noticing the Irish-ancestried ran the place. The guy there said yes, as a hundred years ago the Irish were the cheap labor, the ones cleaning up, getting coffee and running errands. Over generations they learned, got higher jobs, the kids and grandkids went into the business, and now they run it. Then he pointed to the (IIRC) Hispanics currently running the errands. There’s the future if they have the same drive.
But P.J. said it in a much better way. Success and running things are the result of hard work, sometimes over generations. It’s just a natural thing.
This theory/ideal worked out so well for South Africa.

Excellent point. Also, it seems to have escaped Wong’s attention that most of the “Old White Men” in the United States Senate voted for and passed the Immigration Act of 1965. If it had not been for that piece of legislation, Wong’s ancestors never would have been permitted to set foot inside of our nation. Wong’s address is in bad taste at the very least, and at the most, racist. How would this arrogant left wing FOOL describe Michelle Bachmann, or newly elected member of Congress Allen West? Wong, and his like minded colleagues should be thrown out of the country, along with the ILLEGAL ALIENS. I guess it escaped Wong’s attention that people who enter this country without authorization are breaking the law. We are a nation of laws, unless those laws don’t conform to Wong’s radical leftwing agenda.
Who can forget desperate Dems looking at the Nov 2 debacle? When Ohaha exhorted illegals to "vote against the enemy."
