This must start at the bottom up or the top down whichever is quicker.
Getting rid of a corrupt appeaser like Karzai is the first step.

UGH. The only way to win the war in Afghanistan is to declare victory and come home. Unless we are going to turn the country to glass, there is no point is waging a hearts/mind war against a bunch of 7th century jihadists.
Waste of blood. Waste of money.
