It’s zero hour for the DREAM Act...For two years, Barack Obama failed—or, if you prefer, refused—to nudge along a major immigration bill. The last-ditch hope is that departing Democrats, and a few Republicans, somehow band together in the lame-duck session and pass a law allowing illegal immigrants who came to the United States as minors to gain citizenship. Harry Reid promised to bring up the bill for a Senate cloture vote this week. Republicans vowed to scuttle it...
But as Chicago congressman Luis Gutiérrez prepares for a rally at a church in Brooklyn, the DREAM Act seems like the end of his interest in congressional gamesmanship rather than the start. Gutiérrez is one of several Hispanic leaders who have found themselves politically estranged from the president. Moreover, they are numbed by the legislative process that denied them a vote on immigration reform, much less a victory, when Democrats controlled both houses of Congress...“The opportunity to have gotten it done is gone.”
The DREAM Act, Gutiérrez says, is for now his final legislative maneuver. He’s finished waiting for the mythical 60th vote to materialize in the Senate. No, when the lame duck ends, Gutiérrez and his movement allies will ask for a divorce—from the Democratic Party...To hear Gutiérrez tell it, Hispanic leaders are about to stage a full-tilt campaign of direct action, like the African-American civil-rights movement of the 1960s. There will be protests, marches, sit-ins—what César Chávez might have called going rogue. The movement will operate autonomously, no longer beholden to wavering Democrats, filibustering Republicans, and—perhaps most tantalizingly—no longer beholden to Barack Obama...

Yes, but the interesting part is that they are turning on Obama and defying him. Will be interesting to see if it happens, and I am not all that sure it will. Gutierrez is using threats to try to achieve his goals.
We need to mass deport or imprison ALL illegal aliens, including their anchor babies, seal and secure the border with a wall and fence, and have a lethal response to anyone who tried to re-enter illegally. I’m tired of these leeches.

Any analogy with the civil rights movement of the ‘60’s doesn’t cut it. African-Americans were American citizens who had suffered under the oppression of slavery and segregation. This is basically a movement of foreigners who came to this country illegally to enjoy the benefits of this country that they couldn’t get at home.
You are assuming this will be total anarchy, rather than a few thousand demonstrators.
Illegal immigrants over age 18 should be tattooed in a distinctive way, then dropped over the border.
Anyone found inside the US with such a tattoo is a two-ime offender and can be shot on sight by any American citizen.
Illegal immigrants over age 12 should be put in prison until age 18. Then tattooed and dropped.
Illegal immigrants under age 12 can be delivered to their country of origin. They can repeat the offense without penalty as many times as they want -- until age 12.
In addition (of course) US business owners and people in the real estate business should face heavy, heavy fines for having anything to do with undocumented workers. And government agencies should face bigger fines for providing any services to illegal aliens.
I'm very zero tolerance on this. We have an invading army inside our borders, and it is time to fight back.

I look at the situation broadly:
Wall St is a criminal enterprise.
My bank is cooking the books.
The federal government lies to me.
My state government lies to me.
Moochers benefit from laws.
Productive people are punished by laws.
Illegal immigrants have the run of the place.
There is no social constract. There are no rules. I think they want anarchy, and I think they are going to get it.

You're right, that is the interesting part. Obma is a narcissist and that is key. He doesn't love this country and wont't move an inch to protect the sovereignty of her citizens but let these illegals defy HIM...let them criticize and march against HIM and all hell can break loose.

Mexico is itching to start the takeover of US territory. Illegal invaders are the advance troops for Mexico's plans for reconquista. And we taxpayers subdize them as they suck up endless US govt freebies. The invaders send billions of US dollars back home---the Mexican federales get a cut.

The Obama admin continues to tolerate this ntl-security nightmare of illegals using multiple identities for fear of offending the Mexican government, the National Council of La Raza, and other immigrant advocates....all of whom are providing Democrat voters to endangered Dems. This outrage is burdening taxpayers and polluting our election system----b/c these criminals adopt multiple fraudulent identities.
Keep in mind, all the evidence shows illegals establish several identities with phony SS nos and fake documents (which these "poor immigrants" buy from document brokers for several thousand dollars). Illegal parents get anchor babies SS nos. The SS nos are used to establish fake identities. Endangered Dems are pushing to get all those fake identities to vote.
