She will never win more than 30% of the vote, but it would be good for democracy for all sorts of people to run.

And Romney will never garner more than 25% when all is said and done. Principled conservatives won't rally to him as they did with mclame. Those days are over...

“She will never win more than 30% of the vote...”

Thank you, Swami Sage.

So which horse will win the third race at Arlington?

The absolute worst Republican candidate will garner 45% of the vote.

You seem to be confusing Palin with Mitt Romney.

In our present climate, while Governor Palin helped save the GOP by absorbing and redirecting much of the third party talk, Romney’s nomination could actually result in a third party effort, one that could result in the GOP getting 30%.

You're ignorant of history.

Simply put, you know very little concerning POTUS elections.

Harris Poll January 29, 1980:

CARTER NOW FAR AHEAD OF BOTH REAGAN AND BUSH

"President Carter so dominates the American political scene now that his margin over Ronald Reagan in a post-Iowa trial heat has risen to an overwhelming 65-31 percent."

Also, Time magazine ran a big story in March of that year basically saying Reagan was unelectable. Gallup had a poll in that time frame with Reagan down 25 points.

Here's another blast from the past, March 10, 1980. The GOP establishment had decided they needed another candidate besides Bush to stop Reagan and started recruiting Gerald Ford:

ABC News - Harris poll: FORD LEADS BOTH CARTER AND REAGAN, ALTHOUGH STILL UNDECLARED CANDIDATE

"Former President Gerald Ford is the first choice of Republican and independent voters to head the GOP ticket, even though he has not yet declared himself a candidate for the Republican nomination.

Ford also leads President Carter among the general electorate."

Here's another one for your collection:

Historic Whispers: Ronald Reagan Had Little Chance of Winning the Primary

White House political strategists have concluded—regretfully—that Ronald Reagan is fading and will have little chance of winning the Republican presidential nomination in 1980. Why the regrets? Because Carter's aides are convinced that the conservative, 68-year-old former California governor is an easy target. (April 2, 1979)

If she gets the nomination I will bet you any amount of money that I have that she gets more than 30 percent of the vote. Any amount.

Then why are the RINO’s freaking out? If she can’t win 30% of the vote she won’t win the primary either. So why do they want her to sit down & shut up? Because ... she’s a threat to their dynasties and piggy banks. They are all in bed with each other (literally & figuratively).

have you ever witnessed man-hole covers rollin’ ‘bout 40 MPH into heavy traffic? it doesn’t hurt the man-hole covers much, but the man-hole covers play h*ll with the traffic. hide and watch, and/or grab an ol’ cold tator and wait. good luck, and i hope that helps

I'll take some of that action. How much are you willing to lose?
