Um, you seem to have difficulty following logic here: If there’s no constitution as you imply with the LEO (Law Enforcement Officer)then by definition they don’t have to be followed. Just a strange coincidence that some leading financial experts are warning that the current US financial policy seems to be designed primarily to provoke China ? Perhaps, but unlikely.
