I get the feeling this is all a set-up - to excuse him from upcoming scandal and the behavior that will undoubtedly follow.
i was thinking that there have been several of these articles. “he’s losing it”, “he’s incompetent”. what are they setting up for? maybe a huge scandal, or the dems looking for cover when they remove him from office for destroying the dem brand.
If he is incapacitated and cannot serve, it gives the green light for those around him to push him aside.
