The answer to your question is: We will have a Constitutional crisis. It would seem to me that any orders he issued and bills he signed would be null and void. But, then again, where does it say in The Constitution that the President can fire the CEO of a privately held corporation (GM), take it over, and sell it to a foreign government (China)?
