A neighbor delivered her baby home alone all of a sudden.

Healthy baby with no problems.

Hubby raced home and took her, the newborn and the afterbirth (in an enameled Le Creuset casserole) to the hospital.

I've never looked at my Le Creuset cookware the same since.

I know the Le Creuset casserole that he probably used, its shaped perfectly to hold a fetus. Never needed it for that around here Thank God.
