Almost?
I think you and I just saw one at the same time.
Andy seems addled and half blind as well. I was wonderting if he had to get somebody to read the Obamaist propaganda book to him.
Senile or not, Griffith has always been a lib and I’m sure the WH is thrilled to have him.
Pat Boone called me yesterday...I took out my white suede shoes....
He makes GOOBER seem like a Rocket Scientist. He CREEPS me out on those ads!!
Andy looks like one of the Muppet characters at the opera. I watched the commercial a second time just to make sure that was a real person.
I was thinking the same thing. It is hard to watch an old person make a fool out of themselves, or be used in this way.
Come on guys. Cut him some slack. The poor man has probably had at least one stroke. Don’t crticize him. Criticize the government that thinks that its just fine to spend money to broadcast this propoganda at a time that the government is borrowing 37% of its budget.

$3.2million to produce and air this propaganda!!!
Paid for by HHS - not the Dems - but a Federal Agency!!!!
(I used to watch the A.Griffith show re-runs - not any more - I despise that old f*rt who was lucky to live and get very richly rewarded for pretending to be a nice guy, in a country which he is now complicit in destroying)
I’ve tried calling that 800 number to complain (and rant at Andy) but that doesn’t connect to anything meaningful. Does anyone have an email address for this dimwit... I’ve got a rant that I need to get out of my system! TIA.
Unless he is mentally disabled I see no reason he is above criticism. He is lock step with the govt on this one
I think what is interesting in the choice of Andy Griffith is that you have someone who is obviously quite well off in their later years, yet he qualifies for a government program that was originally set up as a safety net for those his age that have little or no means to afford basic healthcare expenses.
Two words - means testing.
What budget? Congress didn't pass a budget this year. It's a spending free-for-all! Weee!
Andy has to be the greatest actor who ever lived. As dumb as he is he played the part of Andy Taylor, a sheriff with ahead full of common sense, and played him believably.
Oh' BS.
Nobody put a gun to Andy's head to make this commercial
Just because he had a stroke doesn't make it OK for him to be a liar, deceptive and wrong on promoting this horrendous pixes of legislation.
He must have a website.
When I first saw the commercial I thought about two things: one being that the WH must think seniors are stupid and easily swayed by an actor that they remember/watched on t.v. and two: the man is an actor (not the Sheriff of Mayberry) for crying out loud. Actors are paid to say anything written in the script. Just a thought.
This part angers me as well, can't congress defund this nonsense? Why are they spending government money on advertising? That doesn't even seem to be legal or it shouldn't be.
LMAO!! I often find comparisons of some people as muppets as well.. good one!
