Republican Rob Portman has a commanding lead over his Democratic opponent in the Ohio Senate race. Portman, a former Bush Administration official is trouncing current Lt. Governor Lee Fisher. Fisher is tied to unpopular Governor Ted Strickland, who has fecklessly led Ohio during the Great Recession.

Yet I keep seeing sucker polls with Strickland and Kasich neck and neck.

Indeed. “The Obama Effect”. I like that. And Ohio has sure had a big dose of it, with 12 visits by Obama in the last few weeks, so it looks like Ohio is going to be the perfect laboratory for testing “The Obama Effect”.
Portman will bring Kaisch well over the line. Rasmussen had Portman up like 25% last week.
As long as our winning margin is big enough to offset the HUGH voter fraud by ACORN/SEIU marxists. America is close to becoming a third world banana republic in terms of voting integrity.
