DeFasio is not having an easy time this cycle. This is a Hail Mary attempt to sway public opinion his way before next month’s election.
Remember who DeFasio is speaking to here...the rabid left that makes up the voting majority in the Portland, Eugene area. DeFasio knows he’s blowing smoke up his own ass, but he’s sure getting a lot of press, so it must be working...one way or the other.
