SNIPPET: “On the cover of the 70-page issue, which is dated Spring 1431/2011, there is featured an image of planet Earth dropped in water. The cover story is by Sheikh Anwar Al-Awlaki, and is titled “The Tsunami of Change.” Also noted on the cover is an article by Al-Qaeda deputy commander Ayman Al-Zawahiri, titled “The Short and Long-Term Plans After Protests,” and an interview with AQAP military commander Sheikh Abu Hurairah.”
