The dem strategy is simple.

Pull funding for weak candidates and concentrate the money that would be better spent on closer races.

The dems are willing to cut weak candidates off completely from any money as long as they can still salvage a few other close races.

I assume this means moderate or conservative demcorats will get the funding ax in favor of hardcore commie far left wing liberal candidates.

There are no moderate or conservative demorats anymore.Here in Georgia we have a guy named jim marshall who claims to be one of those and it looks like he is going to lose.A rat bastard wont get elected gog catcher here anymore.

True the current dem party wants no part of moderates, independents or conservative democrats like the blue dogs or the Reagan democrats.
