True.
I've reached the point though, where after they do everything they can to sabotage the conservative candidate and get their RINO in as the nominee that I'll say "All is forgiven. You can count on my support.".
I would love for the republicans to take the house (they control the purse strings) but I would be quite content with us not gaining the senate. I would rather we continue to cleanse the party of those who betray us. I would rather have a full house and senate ride in with us in 2012.
I've understood that for a long time, now. The current mood of the people can be defined as a stage of rebellion. Someone recently called it "pre-revolutionary".
The people are angry, but are still trying to work within the system, at the moment. If that fails, no force on earth will stop the people from naturally, and organically moving to the next stage of rebellion.
This suddenly obvious schism between the people and the establishment Republican party is something that has been in the making for a very long time. It points to the fact that the people are in a battle with what's been called the "ruling class", who have hijacked our political system to further their own ends. It doesn't matter whether they're Democrat or Republican, they're secretly all on the same team, and are allied against the "country class".
It remains to be seen how noisy this fight is going to get. The entrenched power elite won't willingly give up their position of command and control over us and our institutions. Witness Karl Rove on Hannity last night. He is the very face of what we're up against.
As I've said many times, a small, but powerful elite don't stand a chance against a people who have withdrawn their consent to be governed by them any longer. It's only a matter of time before this growing resistance movement achieves its stated goal of restoring the republic to its Founding Basics, but it could get very messy along the way.
Semper Fi Devil Dog
O'Donnell is a Constitutional Conservative, something the RINOs have never been and never will be.
Sheesh. Should be I'll NO LONGER say "All is forgiven..."
Actually, for the longest time they've been telling us, If you don't like Liberal Republicans, then elect conservative candidates in the primaries. Well, we are doing just that, and the establishment is apoplectic.
No! We are the ones who adhere to the Republican Party platform. It is our party. We built it. We funded it. We have fought to save the GOP's heart and soul.
The small handful of RINO hacks who have had control for the past few decades are NOT the Republican Party. They laugh at conservatives and the Republican Party platform. They are the ones who need to go away.
Precisely. The RINO congressional majorities in the 2000s made a real mess of things. And who gets blamed? Conservatism!
She's not into masturbation, that's for sure.
And I suppose Castle was going to lead the charge to repeal Obamacare? If so, then maybe he should have said so. He might have won last night.
Here’s what the GOP wants you to believe:
O’Donnell:
Filed a lawsuit, asked for money
Said she won 3 counties when she didn’t
Thinks Castle had people follow her
Something about had/didn’t have a masters degree
MAKES HER WORSE THAN THIS

CAN YOU SPELL P-E-R-S-P-E-C-T-I-V-E?
It seems to me we have been pretty successful this cycle so far. I see no reason to think that trend won’t continue. The Republican leadership right now is mis-labeled as RINOs. They aren’t RINOs, they are Republicans, and they are acting like wishy washy, go along to get along politicians because that is what Republicans are. Keep voting for the likes of Rubio and O’Donnell and in about four years you will see the Jim DeMints of the party in charge. Then the Republican party will stand for Conservative principles again and traitors to that cause can be rightfully labeled RINO.
I pretty much understand the attacks now....but I still want the proof that makes them unjustified. I want to be sure of her basic character.
(As I said, I would never have voted for the RINO....on the abortion issue alone!)
I didn't say that. But if McCain had won instead of Obama, we wouldn't have Obamacare, would we?
But McCain didn’t win. And McCain *knew* he wasn’t going to win. He never let on that he had no interest in winning. Why else did he save $21 million (!!!) of his presidential election fund to use in his primary race against Hayworth? RINO McCain took us all for a ride.
True, he didn't. I wonder how many voted for Obama instead of McCain because McCain was a RINO.
I wonder how many voted for Obama because McCain told them Obama was a swell guy and that "we have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency"?
