West Virginia Republican John Raese is gaining much more ground than expected in his US Senate race and has just come out with a hard hitting ad about his Democratic opponent's long record of supporting President Barack Obama's liberal agenda. But rather than try to defend himself on the issues, Governor Joe Manchin contacted the daughter of the late Senator Robert Byrd to tell her that a photo used in the ad was taken at her father's memorial service.

I agree, there is nothing in the photo that would clue anyone in that it was taken at a memorial service, both Manchin and Oboba are grinning. I bet that was probably the only time that Manchin has ever sat next to Obama and now his campaign is miffed that their guy got caught on film sitting next to the pariah.
WhaHaaaaaaa!
They used a photo of Obama and me at Senator Byrds funeral!
Thats cheating even though I am a rubber for Obama!
( I love to hear Liberal Whining in the morning, it means we are getting the job done!)
Raese is going to win West Virginia.
It will be a tsunami.
I’m sure KKK Byrd’s daughter would be glad to confirm Manchin and BHO laughing and joking at her daddy’s funeral. After all, blood is thicker than red ink....
“Raese is going to win West Virginia.”
Raese has a legitimate shot of winning if there is a “perfect political storm.” Raese is flooding the airwaves with ads and campaigning while Gov. Manchin has done little. Manchin and the Dims have assumed this was going to be a blowout because of the governor’s popularity but I think they are ripe for an upset. This special election only fills the remaining two years of Byrd’s term and there will be another senate election in 2012. If Manchin wins and is a “rubber stamp” for the Democrat liberal agenda he will be toast in 2012. I hope he’s toast in 2010, of course.
I am a rubber for Obama!
TROJAN MAN!!
