Trump could have made a stronger case by explaining it’s not about a Mosque.. There are hundreds of Mosques in NY.. It’s about a shady Imam who is trying to build a Mosque near Ground Zero and hold it’s opening dedication on 9/11/11 the ten year anniversary of Radical Islam’s Most Horrific Attack on America.
It’s a deliberate slap in the face of Americans of all faiths.
It’s like they’re begging us to lash out at them.
Unfortunately it is beginning to work.
I think the Euros will be the first to get the ball rolling. Already the French are banning the Burka and the natives are getting worked up. Then in Holland there was the murder of Theo Van Gogh and that enraged many. The Brits are feeling murderous too. I just have to wonder if it will be either a massive street fight or the Euros will go the more ‘methodical’ route. These aren’t people who are nice when they lose their tolerance.

Instead of being proud of their hard working past, they shun it, almost pathologically. Their education isn’t a ticket to a better lifestyle in regards to making a living, but getting a ‘position’ in society.

Letterman is a real P.O.S. I use to enjoy watching his show in the 1980;s but he is a “has been” and should have been a “never was”.

Somebody explain this to me as if I were a four-year old. Since when this liberals grow a moral conscience and become ardent defender of “religious freedom”? Letterman’s comment about pilgrims is so specious. Pilgrims didn’t come to the New World to wage a holy war.
