By electing conservative Presidents who appoint strict constitutionalists jurists. By electing Senators who are unwilling to vote for activists just because ‘the President should get his nominees’ or some other sort of Senatorial collegiality bull excrement.

So, what’ve they been doing to safeguard the eligibility clause of the Constitution recently? Several eligibility cases have been appealed up to the supreme court but been denied a hearing. What could be simpler than (some more formal version of) “Show us the f-—ing birth certificate Zero, or lose the case”?
