Let’s hope the new Colombian Presidente proves as strong especially with the lack of support from our ruling party here. Uribe at least had Bush and whatever assistance he could give while fighting our Congress.

Uribe was a good friend to us during the Bush Admins. Obama had no time for him however.

Uh, make that Colombia, not Columbia. It’s early here on the left coast.

American money should never go to Columbia.

There are billboards all over Colombia say eternal thanks to President Uribe. He truely is a remarkable man. The people here are very vigilant and do not want to go back to the bad ol days.
The only politician that comes close to Uribe is Palin.

I have a second home here and love it. Respectful, clean, polite like the USA in the 50s, free enterprise and wonderfull climate.
