Mario has the best case. I thought he had the sleeper case from the day he filed it. Mario has been like a diligent little church mouse quietly knawing away at the lies and the fraud. Slowly and quietly chipping away. Because he case is crafted so well - they cannot blow it out.
The next stop is SCOTUS but it may require to SCOTUS then back to Appeals then back to SCOTUS.
