I'm not a plastic surgeon, or an expert in lighting, but doesn't it look like her jaw is squarer in her more recent picture(s)? I wonder if she's had some work done to look more "mannish".

Also, like I do for most homosexuals, I feel a little sorry for her. Like any mental illness, it's a disorder and rather than treating the disorder, the medical community enables them. There's nothing normal or mentally healthy to go from the picture you posted, to what is "Rachel Maddow" today.
