Is this measure motivated by a desire to make it easier for DHS employees to lie to themselves and the public? just wondering.

This seems pointless. Everyone else can see how we’re being invaded, but DHS personnel can’t? What purpose does that serve, other than to illustrate that the entire department is in denial?
