When an illegal waddles across the border and pops an infant, said infant should not be a US citizen.

I don't disagree, but that's not what the Constitution says.

I don't believe they envisioned that illegals would be wadding across the border having children.

We can fix the Constitution.

My point is that a kid popped by an illegal is not “subject to the jurisdication” of the US, despite what the social justice jerks on Scotus say. Their erroneous interpretation has been the source of untold misery for border states.
