Time for Sarah Palin to start beating the drums again about U.S. Rep. Earl Blumenauers death panels.
Blumenauer (D-Ore.) plans to hold a news conference next week to announce his introduction of legislation that would provide a Medicare and Medicaid benefit for voluntary patient-physician consultations regarding advance care planning. Sounds reasonable enough.
But as you may remember, Palin seized on Blumenauers similar proposal last year as a harbinger of government death panels, a claim that earned Palin her own dubious distinction.

Health Care for the elderly is a losing proposition. Since Medicare, Life expectancy has increased by 6 years, so the better job you do the less profitable it becomes. All insurance companues have always had some sort of DP by increasing cost or limiting treatments, Seems cruel, but life is cruel.
