It would have been a slow news day, normally, and on this weekend, the 24 hour news channels had coverage of Michael Jackson’s death playing on an endless loop.

What would happen that Friday afternoon would knock Michael Jackson right off the TV and send the political world reeling.

We got word “something” was about to happen in Alaska. Now as a long time supporter of Sarah Palin’s, and someone who had been following her as well as writing about her for some time, I was very well versed in the continual harassment she had been the target of since she became the Republican candidate for Vice President....

Sarah Palin leaves the press conference following the announcement of her planned resignation as the Governor of Alaska. This is the face of a lady who knows exactly who she is, why she will attack in a different direction and where she is going. And she's planning to Kick A** and Take Names.

The article was way too long to keep my interest.

I love Palin and would like to support her for my president, but I believe that pieces about how she was so viciously attacked, in the past, has, for the most part, lost it’s benefit.

Palin is great and I believe she’s been doing a good job, but it may be helpful for her and those that write about her, to now focus on her vision for America. Reagan was master at this and it served him and our country well.

I believe that at every opportunity, people need to hear her vision for America and what the future may hold.

Just my humble opinion.

So you think we should just ignore past attacks ? The public needs to know what this woman went through. Too many people don’t know or don’t understand at all.

It was the only masterful move by the McCain camp. They completely stole the DNC Convention thunder and took them out of the news cycle by nominating her. Whether or not it was done out of true want, well, we know McCain wanted Lieberman.

Yet, no one knew the events that were unleashed with the best moment from the McCain 2008 campaign.

No sorry needed FRiend. I figured that you must have misread it. As you may see... I am a strong supporter of Palin, have been from the start and see no reason to change.

I hope that you’re having a wonderful day.
