You can get the application at the post office. It takes 60 days or more last time I checked and the fee keeps going up.

Just because they are speaking Spanish doesn’t mean they aren’t US citizens. They could be Puerto Ricans, first generation, naturalized, whatevever.

In our area, we do not have a large population of Puerto Ricans but we do have a very large group of Hispanics beginning in the past few years and lots of Hispanic males are in the parking lots of our Home Depot and Lowe's home improvement stores.

In fact, our local Home Depot announces specials in Spanish.
