The federal government is doing next to nothing about the Mexican border. It’s gotten so bad that 3,500 acres in Arizona are now off limits to Americans. Some accuse the Obama administration of giving part of Arizona back to Mexico. See the video below.
Fox News: The closed off area includes part of the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge that stretches along the U.S.-Mexico border.Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu told Fox News that violence against law enforcement officers and U.S. citizens has increased in the past four months, forcing officers on an 80 mile stretch of Arizona land north of the Mexico border off-limits to Americans.
The refuge had been adversely affected by the increase in drug smugglers, illegal activity and surveillance, which made it dangerous for Americans to visit.
“The situation in this zone has reached a point where continued public use of the area is not prudent,” said refuge manager Mitch Ellis.

I would bet that if you set some traps in that ‘off limits’ 3500 acres, you would catch thousands of illegal immigrants.

I used to take an old Land Cruiser in 4WD caravan trips out of Gila Bend and go into these wonderful areas 20 years ago. I know exactly where they are talking about.
I can guarantee you so does Arizona. Asking US citizens to stop going in is the first step in all out eradication. They will shut it down and have the resources to coral with training exercises. F-Obama, they will do it.
