Reagan couldn’t do it. Don’t hold your breath. You fail to understand the beast that DC has become. It will take a revolution (blood or bloodless) to strip the rot of what our system has become.

Of course he couldn’t. It wasn’t’ up to him. Presidents always lead people in the way they want to go. As you’ve no doubt heard, we get the gov’t we deserve.
Now the populace is getting ready to examine the idea of limited gov’t (again). And once the gov’t can’t pay its debts anymore the gov’t will get alot smaller, and the whole of politics will change once again.
