The problem with truncating quotes is that by doing so, you can alter the meaning. The entire sentence is as follows:

(emphasis added)While the author could have been a bit more specific to his meaning, it seems clear from the context that he is contrasting the dignity with which President Reagan treated the office with the complete lack of class of clinton and obama by saying:

Thus, clinton and obama have both disgraced the office with their classless behavior as POTUS.

Do you understand what the word “respectively” means when two subjects and two actions are listed. My post clarified what I inferred to be the meaning of a prior post, that the last two democrat presidents received a bl*wj*b in the oval office and used a pejorative vulgar homosexual reference to describe political opponents, RESPECTIVELY, as POTUS. The first action was clinton, and the second action was obama. Of course, clinton has also used the same peforative vulgar homosexual reference in describing the tea party activists, but he has done that during his post-presidency classless activities.
And the media blew off Clinton’s joke about the Los Alomos security breach.
