He’s right. As long as she continues to cheerlead for the likes of McCain and Steele she is not ready to lead in my opinion.
I don't see it as cheerleading. She simply paid McCain back her dues and I guarantee you she won't campaign for him as the primary nears. As for Steele, you don't pick a fight with the RNC Chairman to give the MSM ammo that there's some kind of rift. You stand up for the party, especially on the eve of a major conference where Republicans are united together.
She HAS been leading. The Facebook posts, the op-eds, the speeches...she wasn't talking about the weather. She was the only Republican out there on the front lines criticizing Obama and the Dem agenda.
Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney, Scott Brown, Fred Thompson and the entire AZ Congressional delegation have endorsed McCain as well.
