excellent question and therein lies, I believe, the crux of the problem
He was adopted and had his legal name changed and a new birth certificate issued (I’ve adopted, I know this is what they do)
When “he” decided to swing with the African identity, he did so informally, self proclaimed and NEVER did a legal name change
Thus making every document of his teen and adult life a legal lie. And to which he swore, to get his law license, he never was known by another name?
Perhaps explaining why his license to practice law was surrendered, quietly, at the onset of his “political “ career
