Death Threats and Racial Slurs: WingNuts or False Flag?
Conservative Hideout 2.0 ^ | 3-26-10 | Matt

Posted on 03/26/2010 5:16:05 AM PDT by ConservativeHideout

I was home sick yesterday, so I got to see some of Fox’s daytime coverage. Cavuto had some Tea Party folks on who condemned attacks on others, and then played some of the death threats that they have received. This is nothing new; the left has been doing this sort of thing for years. It has NEVER been fully covered by the MSM.

For my next thoughts, let me say that this is 100% conjecture on my part. With disclaimer done, I believe that these attacks on the Democrats could very well have been done by folks on their side. Here’s why I think that this might be a possibility:

1. Democrats have done this in the past, many times. Many racial incidents have been faked. Rather than belabor the point endlessly, you can see links to several events here, here, here, and here. Please note that the last item appeared to be staged in order to pass a hate crimes bill. A simple search will find many more.

2. I’ve been warning of “false flag” operations ever since the Tea Parties started. For the best example of this, I submit this from Obama mentor and Chris Matthews’s favorite community organizer, Saul Alinsky.

“Alinsky himself employed this method, quite deviously. Alinsky biographer, Sanford D. Horwitt provides an anecdote using precisely this same diabolical tactic to deceive the people. From Horwitt’s Let Them Call Me Rebel:

“…in the spring of 1972, at Tulane University…students asked Alinsky to help plan a protest of a scheduled speech by George H. W. Bush, then U.S. representative to the United Nations – a speech likely to include a defense of the Nixon administration’s Vietnam War policies. The students told Alinsky they were thinking about picketing or disrupting Bush’s address. That’s the wrong approach, he rejoined, not very creative – and besides causing a disruption might get them thrown out of school. He told them, instead, to go to hear the speech dressed as members of the Ku Klux Klan, and whenever Bush said something in defense of the Vietnam War, they should cheer and wave placards reading, ‘The KKK supports Bush.’ And that is what they did, with very successful, attention-getting results.”

They’ve been doing it for years, as I said.

3. It goes along with the Democratic/leftist tradition of not debating, and instead, attacking/discrediting the opposition. Remember Alinsky’s Rules:

‘Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.’

– Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals.

4. There is a long history of liberals posting inflammatory information on Conservative websites. They even tried it on CSPAN. Ironically, there always seems to be a liberal website all too ready to “report” this “hateful” activity. Sounds much like what is happening now, doesn’t it?

5. Need I mention “Seminar Callers?”

6. The MSM has risen to cover these with great zeal. The coverage has been simultaneous and similar in tone. At the same time, they continue refuse to cover the threats that have been received by Tea Partiers and Republicans. Historically, they also refused to cover threats made against President Bush, or the signs of him being a Nazi, or a chimp, or the Joker. I guess it’s only wrong when it happens to the left.

7. As for publishing addresses, I did a post last year when gay group posted addresses, phone numbers, and employers of people that contributed to Prop 8 in California. People were harassed, threatened, their employers or businesses were picketed, and many lost their jobs or lively hoods. MSM coverage of this? Zero.

8. As I’ve displayed here, the left may be simply following their tradition of accusing their opposition of doing what they themselves do.

So, what does this tell us? For me, it shows that the media double standard and bias is alive and well. Also, it shows that the left isn’t above falsifying an event or two to smear their opponents, or get some legislation passed.

As I said in the beginning of the post, this is conjecture. However, can we not use a group’s previous behavior to interpret their present behavior? Can this also not be done to predict their future behavior? Can we expect a movement that has previously acted deceitfully to suddenly be as innocent as a newborn?

That being said, this all could have been done by some fringe elements. It’s very possible. However, there is no evidence of that yet. Threatening phone calls can be traced. Fingerprints can be lifted from vandalized properties. Evidence will show us either way. As for the racial slurs, there is still only one video of the alleged event.

You are not the only one thinking this. The left is notorious for creating incidents against themselves when non-existed. It is almost like Munchausen by Proxy.

There is no doubt in my mind that the leftists engage in false flag operations. I’ve seen it myself during protests in San Francisco, where our side was outnumbered 100 to 1 by rabid punks who would try to insinuate themselves into our group and then throw something at the police.

It is strange behavior. They don't realize that if they force a serious flare up at this point, the left is going to loose badly.

It is a little like the Boston Massacre that helped to spark our Revolution. The difference was that those inciting the Brits to fire were in a bizarre way for the revolution.

Organizing for America sure didn’t waste any time running out with the collection plate. I hate to think what they’ll do if the fundraising falls off.

We should keep an eye out locally too. There was a first of its kind “white pride” rally near me last weekend that drew 10 “racists”, over 150 counter protesters, and now churches are joining together for a “unity rally”. I’m sure plenty of collection plates are being passed around over that little incident.

(Found this fiction on the internet.)

INT. UNDERGROUND DC PARKING GARAGE. BOTTOM LEVEL. NIGHT.

Libra’s footsteps echo off the walls. The buzz of a flickering neon light is heard. In the corner of the garage a whole sector of lights has gone dark. Shadows thicken. A lighter flickers in the darkness as a cigar is lit.

LIBRA: Carthago. Countersign?

CENTURION: Delenda est. Sort of overly dramatic don’t you think?

LIBRA: Not paid to think. What is the assignment?

CENTURION: The Wing thinks it’s time to lay a little blue smoke between the mirrors. Take the heat off our team and torch the other side. That’s your job.

LIBRA: Fine. How wet does the Wing want it to get?

CENTURION: We project that if three team members are sent down it should put a stop to any attrition in November.

LIBRA: Wouldn’t taking out just one serve the same purpose?

CENTURION: No. It has to look like a pattern.

LIBRA: Fine. Any particular team members you need erased?

CENTURION: Nobody from Chicago or San Francisco. And from safe seats only. We need to preserve the count. Renegade’s very keen on that.

LIBRA: Level of obfuscation?

CENTURION: None. Public and messy. “Accidents” would be counter productive. But no families. Renaissance would be upset.

LIBRA: Timing?

CENTURION: Within the next 10 days. It would be best if all three were within the same day.

LIBRA: You want target clearance and notification?

CENTURION: No. This will be the last contact for this contract.

LIBRA: Half to the Bahamas account by noon tomorrow and the half on completion to our friend in Costa Rica.

CENTURION: Done.

LIBRA: Anything else?

CENTURION: No. If we need you again we can always find you.

LIBRA: That’s what you people always think. Oh, by the way, was that stuff about you being naked in the showers the real deal?

CENTURION: Just get it done.

FADE TO BLACK

The truth will prevail. But damage is being done as we speak.

To this Dutchman, the threats look like textbook left-extremist operations. Mind: I speak of things that happened over here in the 70s and 80s. Left extremists were so used to 5th column tactics and secrecy that they didn’t even know anymore what freedom means. Oh, they claimed freedom... to attack politicians and institutions, all in the name of the coming ‘revolution’. But whenever someone from the right produced a tiny fart, they were out to hang him, so to speak.

The Right, contrary to what many seem to believe, is not prone to lie, steal, threat, or kill.

Sadly, with the left overstepping these lines on a continual basis, it’s the Right that has to produce evidence of its moral qualities all of the time, not the left.

If America falls, then the whole West falls.

The perspective from here is not bright. Hang on in there, guys!

I call false flag, since the stories appeared immediately after the signing, in every mainstream media outlet and form every democrat spokesman's, with almost identical wording and incidents.

But man oh man, they were too chicken or too savvy (FBI would get involved) to put a real noose on some CBC member's doorknob, so some dem operative had to send some black congressman a “FAX” picture of a noose. GIVE US A FREAKIN BREAK.

What next, FAX’d loogies?

“Organize for America” propagandists at their finest.
And a shout-out to “Ellie Light”! You go girl! Tell Mitch we said “Hey”

Thanks A and M

Maybe Europe can swing back conservative before we are too far gone over here. It would be good for my kids to have a place to go.

If the whole world because a totalitarian hell hole, then it will be a sad era in human history.

I love that Andrew Breitbart is offering $10K for any taped evidence of racial slurs said by Tea Partiers, at the DC rally.

It's come to this. Everyone has to be diligent with phone and video cams, at all times. Like Rush asked, where's the "evidence" filmed by JJJ, who video'd the walk, behind Clybern?

Roy Beck of NumbersUSA was assaulted by union thugs at Sunday's immigration rally. Where is the MSM outrage over that?

Some of the things they’re calling threats are pretty damn stupid. Pieces of a cut up flag is a threat, a condom is a threat.

Thanks for the nice post. Perhaps Europe is changing for the good (I am not referring to court jester Berlusconi here...). Germany has a pretty good right coalition now. The French-German axis is having trouble as usual, no news there. It's a nice detail that mr. de Villepin, who opposed the Iraq invasion, now has founded a center-Right party, which is doing very well in the first polls. Has the man gained insight? Europeans are more and more concerned about basic freedom. New acts on limiting internet privacy are being opposed with conviction. On the other hand, punishment against basic bestiality (child pornography) gets heavier. There is uninamity now on helping Greece out of its financial crisis... but the country gets a a priori obligation to pay back the loans to the very last cent. Germany has a fine secretary of Defense in mr. Karl-Heinz Freiherr zu Guttenberg, young and vigorous, and from the Bavarian CSU-party, a beacon of rightwing stability. Over here, it looks pretty well, IMHO. Maybe it's just because of this new European dawn that the U.S. situation looks grim. Sorry to say this, but I can't help it, and I am not alone. Cheers, A&M.

Its the old Reichstag Fire gambit.

Probably half the country could not define "Reichstag Fire" or conceive of its relationship to current events. It is time to write our local fishwrap's opinion page with that information, to open the eyes of the uninformed.
